Chris Andersons coaching career seems to be finally over after he stepped down with immediate effect from the head coaching role at the Sydney Roosters.
After a disasterous stint with the Cronulla Sharks, being sacked as Australian coach for some ridiculous selections and a stint coaching a rugby union club in Wales, Andersons time as the Sydney Roosters coach was a complete and utter failure.
Openly lacking ideas, Anderson stepped down last night, with Brad Fittler taking over the head coaching role until the end of the season.
It will be interesting to see how Fittler goes as an NRL coach. I’m sure if he does well the Roosters will be very keen to sign him on for future seasons.
As for Anderson, he was always a terrible signing by the Roosters. They should be thankful that their mistake didnt cost them over a longer period of time.
